and CLOSE ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 17TH AT 4 PM

FOR THOSE CONSIDERING A COACHING ROLE IN THE SPRING 2025 SEASON:

To continue providing a strong experience for all players, we’re actively recruiting coaches. If you have a volleyball background (or you’re good at managing kids and schedules) and are interested in coaching, we strongly encourage you to consider this rewarding opportunity!

We have volunteer opportunities with varying commitment levels (ranging 1-5) so that we can take advantage of any amount of help you are willing to provide, such as:

1.  Primary Coach - Coach willing to take on admin duties such as team coordination with the League Coordinator (Requires a commitment Level 5 - this individual will be primarily responsible for ensuring they can be available MOST of the time unless otherwise coordinated with other team staff)

2.  Additional Primary Coach - Additional coach willing to take on the technical components of volleyball coaching who will be primarily responsible for planning practices and game strategies  (Requires a commitment Level 5 - this individual will be primarily responsible for ensuring they can be available MOST of the time unless otherwise coordinated with other team staff)

3.  Parent Helper - is willing to go through the process to apply for the same badge the other coaches hold to ensure all adults supervising the children are background checked and be available when the other coaches have schedule conflicts (Requires a commitment Level 2 - this individual would be considered the back up supervisory role in the event primary or secondary coaches cannot attend a practice or game)

4.  Junior Assistant Coach  - any youth who is older than the youth on the subject team who is willing to assist throughout the season on the technical components. The application process is similar yet not as thorough  as the others. (Requires a commitment Level 1 - this individual would be considered purely ancillary and a good resource for additional technical skills). This is a great opportunity for youth mentorship and obtaining volunteer hours.

If you have any questions at all, please reach out to Ashley Bodner at [email protected]

Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to another fantastic season of volleyball!
